Law Enforcement
Method of Operation
The innovative application is a three-tier solution that provides:
Gathering and sorting of data and information from external public domain sources and internal applications.
Rule-Based Analysis & Models.
Visual Interactive output and Reporting.

It starts with a powerful content collection and integration engine: CCI uses internal and external data sources. CCI reads internal sources directly from the original database. Only data pointers and calculated data are kept in the CCI application database.

CCI Public Domain Analyzer (PDA) is a powerful content collection engine that records and builds databases out of public domain Internet sites. The PDA provides user-friendly tools to clip data from any web site: it allows the users to define a template with interesting areas on the web page. Based on the template, the PDA can download entire web sites (e.g. define a template for "Yahoo! Finance" and all public companies information can be downloaded immediately). The information can then be continuously updated with a built-in scheduler that defines the frequency of each web site downloads.

View Links CCI already provides dozens of website templates for Insurance, Financial Services and Law Enforcement.

Method of Operation
A sophisticated Rule-Based Engine applies models with pre-defined and configurable algorithms to categorize the data, identify links and correlations between entities to filter the requested results.

Data Categorization: classifies and identifies similarities of entities (e.g. CEO name from multiple web sites) where the users can also prioritize the source of content: one web site may be superior to another for a specific data element. The engine also has text recognition features per business domain to enhance the categorization process.

Data Correlation and Link Analysis: The CCI models identify links and can expose direct correlations and indirect correlations with multiple "degrees of separation" between entities. For example: link two directors who sit on the boards of two different companies and are "connected" together via other directors who serve on other companies boards.

View Links CCI comes with pre-built models or can be easily configured to create new models with a user-friendly interface to create and update business rules.

CCI Visual Interactive Analyzer (VIA) is an advanced multi-lingual user interface module to provide a coherent and innovative representation of the rule-based engine analysis. Designed by experts in investigation management and decision-support technologies, The CCI VIA creates graphical maps that illustrate links, timelines, hierarchies and relationships between defined entities. All maps are interactive and the user can change online the correlation and the relations with a simple drag and drop action. VIA allows its users to gather additional relevant data (images, documents etc.) and attach it to the maps. All maps are stored and can be reviewed by authorized users.
CCI Portal is a module that creates a dynamic and continuously updated portal with content that can be clipped from multiple websites into one personal portal. The portal can also provide real time alerts when a new input arrives from a defined source.

CCI Reports is a powerful reporting tool that creates instantly and automatically HTML and MS-Word reports that encapsulate the information gathered in the CCI application database.

View Links has already built libraries of solutions for Financial Services Information Providers and Law Enforcement Agencies.

Easy to Deploy. CCI is designed to easily integrate with current processes and applications. A proven and defined implementation methodology allows its users to benefit from the system within the shortest time frame.
